Welcome to the Gangplank Online.

The Gangplank is made up of Articles & Photo Galleries, with an assortment of a few other things. This site is created by the Yearbook class and all work that goes into the stuff on the site is done by Yearbook students.

The Editor of the site is Deva Thyme. She will most likely be the one making final touches and posting everything after other students have finished writing their articles. She also uploads all the photos for the galleries and manages the pages.

There is also an Assistant Editor for the site: Sammy Smith. She will be assisting Deva in editing and uploading all the articles, and will often be working on other small tasks to keep the website moving smoothly.

From the yearbook class, we send you a huge welcome to our new site, and we hope you all will enjoy easily maneuvering through it, and find it helpful and informative.

P.S. We are starting 2 new pages. “Words From The Student Body” & “Student Body Submissions Column”, our hope is that we will get other students on campus to start writing and reporting on the things that go on around the school. The Yearbook class works hard to get this page as up to date as possible, but we are also working on the actual yearbook. The things students write will not be up on the main page, but on the two pages listed above.

“Words From The Student Body” is a page for all students who want to make some of their writing public, to share with other students. On that page we will be taking any poems, short stories, or other creative type things. If you want to add a photo with your submission, feel welcome. That option is especially good for students in the art department who are wishing to show off their work.

“Student Body Submissions Column” is a page for all students to report on what is going on around campus; such as, events, games, etc. Anything you find important and want to share about. You can choose to write about an upcoming event in order to advertise for it, and can also put in a request for one of us to write an article for you to tell students about something that is going to happen at Harbor. Whether you’re writing about something that’s going to happen, or something that you went to, we’d love to have all the extra help and extra news.
