Freshman orientation was a fun event for both link crew members, and incoming freshman.  link crew made themes for their freshman to wear, so they can say which is their kids and to unite them.  Many link crew members spent hours making their design and signs before hand.  One groups theme was Pokemon. They hand painted cardboard signs different Pokemon, then dressed up as Ash and Misty.

The point of freshman orientation is to show freshman that high school isn’t so scary; we want everyone to feel welcome here.  At the orientation link crew members decorated the gym to make freshman excited to go to high school.  They played many fun games together while getting a little tour of the campus.  This way they feel confident and happy to say they’re going to Harbor High.
